TV CHEF Hugh Fearnely-Whittingstall is the latest celebrity to put his name to a campaign to turn a derelict industrial site into a community owned and managed eco-housing and business complex.  The River Cottage chef visited Totnes to pledge his support to the Atmos campaign. Hundreds of people yesterday joined celebrity chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall for a "big picture" opportunity as the campaign to make an old dairy into a community hub gathered pace.  Mr Fearnley-Whittingstall, who is based at Axminster in East Devon, has become the fifth high-profile patron of the Atmos Totnes project.
