Regulation 14 Consultation (the first formal consultation required under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012) commences on 2 November 2015 and runs till 20th December 2015. Volunteers staff the Atmos Hub for every day of the week for the nearly seven weeks answering questions about the design. Statutory agencies also provide their official response to the Regulation 14 draft Community Right to Build Order.
