The Atmos Totnes Hub was open every day between 2nd November and 20th December for Regulation 14 consultation on the draft Community Right to Build Order (Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012). Totnes Community Development Society would like to thank all residents and businesses who took the time to view the draft Order and supporting material and for their contributions through formal input into the process. We would also like to extend our thanks to the volunteers that facilitated within the Atmos Totnes Hub during this time. They have been tireless in supporting the community of Totnes in this process.
Totnes Community Development Society will review comments on the draft Community Right to Build Order which have been submitted by members of the community and statutory agencies. Responses to any objections raised will be published in January. Please note: there will be an open event on Saturday 23rd January where you will have the chance to meet Directors of Totnes Community Development Society to discuss these responses. More details will be provided in January. This event will be in addition and in advance of further consultation on the Community Right to Build Order, which will be held by South Ham District Council as part of Regulation 16 Consultation (Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012).
