Before Christmas, residents and businesses of Totnes formally registered their comments in response to the draft Community Right to Build Order for Atmos Totnes. Thank you to all who participated. Whether or not you registered a comment during Regulation 14 Consultation, you are very welcome to review the responses and see revised plans at this event.
Directors of Totnes Community Development Society will be on hand at this drop-in information session. They will be available to show you contributions from both the community and relevant statutory agencies, the revised Community Right to Build Order for the project and answer your questions about the proposed scheme and the route to planning being used.

Revised plans will be submitted to South Ham District Council at the end of the month as the next part of the formal Community Right to Building Order process – Regulation 16 Consultation.
