The Community Right to Build Order for Atmos Totnes was made by South Hams District Council on the 1st of March. This is following the referendum on the Order which took place on 23rd November 2016. At that referendum 85.69% of those voting in the local community voted ‘yes’ on if the Order should be granted planning permission.
To continue work towards the construction period, Totnes Community Development Society will be holding specific sessions around various aspects of the scheme and collaborative sessions on incorporating training into as much of the construction process as possible. We look forward to working across the community as this work progresses and will post notice of activities and opportunities to participate in due course.
