Dairy Crest struggle to communicate with McCarthy & Stone

In March, Dairy Crest advise TCDS that they have shared a Heads of Terms with McCarthy and Stone regarding the new contracts for sale of the site but have yet to hear from them.

In April Dairy Crest confirm that they are still seeking the involvement of McCarthy and Stone through a new Heads of Terms despite no confirmation from McCarthy and Stone that they wish to move to new legal agreements.
