TCDS and Dairy Crest Group Plc jointly commission Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) to undertake a whole site valuation to determine the land value for the site and the value of the contract for sale of the site, as set out in the 2014 agreement.

JLL present their evaluation of the site, indicating that the site as a whole, with the planning consent as granted in the Community Right to Build Order, and the site’s many constraints, has a value in the range of £460,000.
