Investigative work on the Brunel Building is completed and the Conservation Management Plan is prepared and the application for Listed Building Consent is approved by SHDC on 24 June 2019. The work up to this point has been funded by a National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) pre-development grant. Everything is now in place for work to begin to restore the Brunel building into a music, arts and community venue, awaiting a decision from the NLHF.
