Totnes Community Development Society is in the process of obtaining legal advice on its position in relation to Atmos Totnes and the former Dairy Crest site next to Totnes rail station. Totnes Community Development Society wishes to make clear that it takes all related matters very seriously and, working with the Society’s lawyers, intends to take robust action to protect and advance its position and all legal rights. For the avoidance of doubt these rights include all and any including but not limited to breach of contract or professional or other duty, and misappropriation of Intellectual Property actual or threatened.
As Totnes Community Development Society now considers itself to be in a legal process it does not intend to make any further comment at this time. Its intentions and actions will be made known to relevant parties and stakeholders in due course. It would be unfortunate if, in the meantime, another party took steps which simply added to the causes of action open to Totnes Community Development Society.
