South Hams District Council said it appreciated the strength of feeling around and sought internal and external legal advice before confirming that the order had now expired. TCDS write a detailed letter to Saputo Inc. in Canada drawing their attention to the fact that the way the site was sold to Fastglobe and the actions of the COO & UK President Tom Atherton breached their ‘Saputo Promise’ and 5 of the 6 ethical practices they expect from their staff.
