Ken Coish recalls bombs craters and playing for Totnes United.

December 2, 2014

Another visitor to the Atmos Totnes Hub last Friday was Ken Coish, who grew up playing on bomb craters and playing football on what would later become the north part of the Dairy Crest site, and how he then worked for Unigate/Dairy Crest for many years as a maintenance man.  Here he recalls how he and a colleague laid the foundations of the Social Club and how “There was always plenty going on down there” at the Club.

We are proud to have received funds from All Our Stories Heritage Lottery Fund which has supported work during this stage of consultation at Atmos Totnes. english_landscape_black (2)
